 Jimmy Donaldson, born May 7, 1998, better known by his name, MrBeast. MrBeast is an American YouTuber, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Six of his YouTube videos are renowned for featuring expensive stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson began posting videos to YouTube in early 2012 at the age of 13, under the handle "MrBeast6000" and his initial content ranged from Let's Plays to "videos estimating the riches of other YouTubers." The channel went viral in the year 2017 after his "counting up to 100,000" video received tens of thousands of views in a matter of days, and he has become increasingly popular since then, with many of his videos earning tens of millions of views.Over time his style of content diversified to include donation and challenge videos that reward millions of dollars, video involving tough tasks or challenges to survive and original videos. Donaldson has enlisted a number of old friends to help him manage the growing popularity of the brand after it was established.
