Adamari Lopez Torres, a Puerto Rican actress, was born on May 18th, 1971. Her fame is due to her role in a variety of soaps and dramas from Mexico and Puerto Rico. She is currently the host of the Telemundo morning show Hoy Dia. She is also a Latina ambassador for WW which was previously Weight Watchers. Adamari is the daughter of Luis Lopez, an undertaker started her professional career as a host when she was just six years old on the Telemundo Canal 2 productions of Cristina Bazan's soap-opera. The show was hosted by Johanna Rosaly, a legendary Puerto Rican actress, and Jose Luis Rodriguez El Puma who is a Venezuelan singer. Her talent was an indication of a potential superstar.
